Your Fall Skincare Reset

Your Fall Skincare Reset

Fall skincare routine. With fall comes change; tees turn into oversized sweaters and iced coffees melt into pumpkin spice lattes. We want to make sure you update your skincare routine, too. The drop in humidity and temperature is a much bigger deal than you’d think; it’s more difficult for your skin to hold moisture (RIP to your natural dewy glow). Here are some tips to keep your glow all season long.

Add an oil.
Sometimes, facial oil can be more effective than creams. We suggest moringa oil, a natural essential oil containing more calcium than milk and vitamin A than carrots.

Get down with PHAs.
PHA—aka polyhydroxy acid—exfoliates and hydrates your skin at the same time. This type of liquid exfoliant is ideal for sensitive skin.

Don’t ditch the SPF.
We’ll say it louder for the people in the back: YOU STILL NEED TO USE SPF DURING THE FALL. Bonus points if the SPF contains hydrators.

Drink in the hydration.
Keep your body hydrated with water. Drinking your daily dose can help get rid of toxins too.
